Reflection as part of the acquisition process of a new slave/property.

There is a recent flurry of slaves requesting consideration as property within MASTER's household.  I understand the New Year often induces a re-consideration of life and development of "resolutions" to pursue a new way of life.

This is a good outcome of thinking about how a being has been created and how to fulfill that destiny in a world that neither understands or accepts consensual, voluntarily slavery.  

When the nature is so strong as to consider leaving everything to be a Master's piece of property, it is important to challenge this impulse and to ascertain whether this is a function of the "ego" or a manifestation of true nature and its urgency to be realized.

In this regard, I offer the following communication to a prospective slave that challenged it to consider: slowly, wisely, and with full intent, the meaning of becoming owned property of a Master.  I think the below will be helpful to others looking at and seriously considering life as a slave in MY household.

Greetings and Happy New Year, prospect.

As W/we stand between this year and an unknown year (2017), there are unlimited possibilities.  The reality is that choices must be made to birth one possibility into reality.  

Consider wisely what it seeks and with whom.  As it well-knows, the choices that it has made in the past, while not immediately successful, have been the stepping stones to its current experience.  For example, had it not responded to the Leather Daddy of 4 years ago, there would have not been yesterday's interview.  So, in some way this property owes a debt of gratitude to that Leather Daddy for influencing this prospect in meeting this Master.  Ultimately, when each spirit is open to the wisdom of the Universe, only good things will happen, even when in the moment, the meaning is hidden and mysterious.  Nevertheless, be open and non-attached to any particular outcome.  Rather, embrace the energy of the moment and trust deeply that the Universe always guides.

So, before any further steps are taken, this prospect will need to make a deep inquiry into its nature and its commitment to that nature as it considers what it is willing to offer a Master.  If, for example, this prospect's claim is that it is a total, no release, pig/slave; then it needs to know what that means and the implications of that offer.

Consider:

1.      Is it ready to have ONLY the life an Owner decides for it and no further say about itself?

2.      As a slave, it will own NOTHING--not even its flesh, spirit, mind, or heart.  EVERYTHING will be the Owner's for HIS use and those HE assigns it to serve.

3.      Is it ready for the rigors (suffering, challenges, monotony, drudgery, silence, or inactivity) of slavery?   Assuredly, there will also be great passion, adventure, and growth; but the mundane outweighs the sublime not only in slavery but life as well.

4.      Can it surrender the ego in favor of its slaveheart/nature as an Owner's property?

5.      Can it surrender its past (baggage), so as to be a free offering at the boots of a Master who will shape it to His vision of what it is to be in His house?

6.      Will it be able, ready, and willing to obey, serve, please, and worship a "real, flesh, and blood" Master--not some fantasy Master created as a state of the mind?  Slavery is about "real" life, not fantasy or unrealistic expectations of perfection in either the MASTER or slave!  Each has an obligation toward that goal and the cultivation of wisdom so as to be continually committed to the dynamic in the face of relational disappointment, disillusionment, and disasters.

I do not expect it to have all these issues resolved before I give further direction.  It is important, though, that it understands these issues, is working on them, and is experiencing sufficient clarity as to be able to make an adult, wise, and informed decision before making the "choice" to gift itself at the boots of another.  Assuredly, with this MASTER, at least, once I receive a gift, I do not return what is now MINE.  Be wise, clear, and careful in this regard.  Remember, impulsivity is a function of the ego.  

So as this prospect considers its future, consider these questions above and when I hear from it in the New Year, I will want to know what it has considered.  Be clear, I do not regard the consideration of things as a decision or a commitment.  Time is its friend, there is no need to rush, impulsively, into something that it has not thought about deeply and all of the implications of coming into slavery where there is no way out.  

Be wise, patient, and open to the energy of the Universe.  The future is its to embrace.

With this consideration in mind, a slave is well-served in preparation for slavery to know itself well-enough to be able to live this level of surrender.  While not necessarily required at the beginning--this is the meaning of training--at the least, these issues will arise and require answers throughout the process of training and certainly before a full collaring as "owned," and "permanent" property. MASTER's strong recommendation to any prospective slave/property: consider wisely, slowly, and seriously.
