House Review 2016

The year is coming quickly to an end and I wanted to review some of the developments within the house for 2016. "It's a boy's life."   During the year, MY boy was able to buy his first house a few blocks from the main house in Pittsburgh and so W/we're eager to get him set up as a "householder" and no longer a renter.  He and I have had that conversation about paying someone else's mortgage long enough that he's ready to make the move to the new house and becoming an "owner." It's a fixer-upper but just the size for a "boy" and the basement is just right for some nice parties.  W/we're hoping that everything will be completed by early 2017 so that W/we can have a great "open house" for him.  He's been nervous about all this transition and it's rocking his world that he's spending so much money.  But, MASTER has a financial plan for him that will, once the renovations are made, end up saving h...
