The first is of Master BlackLeather.

Over the course of the years, several prospects have been trained and recruited to the household.

The pic below shows the slave in bondage on the floor and a prospect from Atlanta that was trained and continues to have contact with the house while seeking to live the M/s life in Atlanta.  As is often the case, prospects are looking to understand themselves better and their "true" identity so as to offer better service consistent with their nature.  While the prospect pictured provided excellent service, the prospect learned that he is better suited for a Dominant/submissive (D/s)  than M/s dynamic.

The essential difference between D/s and M/s, in Master's opinion, is not at the level of submission--a free giving over of the being to the authority of another--but the degree to which control is exercised.  When Master is training a sub, there is some negotiation involved.  Whereas, when it comes to a slave, Master and slave hold the total-power exchange (TPE) dynamic together such that there is only surrender of the slave's will to Master's will and obedience without hesitation ('sine mora').  As is tradition, for a slave there is no "no." 

Other pictures will be posted in the future of other members of the household and O/our activities together and within the Pittsburgh community.

What to expect.

While Master keeps His slave in Master's Pittsburgh residence, Master continues to look for and recruit additional slaves for His other residences in western and central PA.  A slave prospect in the house should expect to be kept in natural state, work hard to maintain Master's residences, support the household's various volunteer activities (e.g., MAsT-Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Gospel Choir, SWAN Institute and the forthcoming Black Swan Dungeon) and be ready and eager for service in the house and the dungeon.  Only those prospects that have met Master's standards can expect to be rewarded in the dungeon.  

Master is particularly interested in slaves that can help Master complete the renovation of an old convent where Master will be hosting numerous M/s and bdsm educational experiences, human and spiritual development workshops, and the establishment of the Black Swan Dungeon in the basement of the convent.  (The nun's "disciplinary" ruler is still hanging where it hung except when "paddling" bad little boys and girls.  Needless to say, that ruler--and floggers, paddles, straps, and other pain on and in the ass toys--will be used on deserving asses!)  The space will be used by the household for training purposes as well as guests of the household and parties following M/s and bdsm intensives on the first floor.

Introduction

The House of BlackLeather is a Master/slave (M/s) household located in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.  Master Mark BlackLeather is head-of-house and has a poly leather-household/family consisting of a part-time boy, 24/7/365 collared slave, and three prospects in various stages of training and service. 2020 -- A Year of Changes

It has been some while since MASTER provided an update on the activities of the household.  This blog is about some of the changes of the year beyond COVID. COVID has slowed MASTER's recruitment efforts, but not daunted MASTER's continuing interest to add to the household and, in particular, a 24/7/365 personal slave in MASTER's residence in central PA. The household in Pittsburgh continues to be stable with the boy and slave watching over MASTER's Pittsburgh residences.  While MASTER makes every effort to be present on a regular basis, it is not always possible with the risk of COVID in Allegheny County vs central PA.  MASTER is particularly concerned, too, not to interfere with MASTER's ability to continue MASTER's work and occupation in healthcare.
